How does the Happy Feet Home work in general?
The Happy Feet Home uses 3D air compression which provides a firm but pleasant massage. The sole of the foot is kneaded using an advanced roller mechanism that imitates the feeling of a real pressure point massage (shiatsu), kneading massage and scraping massage (guasha). Thanks to the multi-frequency vibrations you will experience total relaxation, not only in your legs but also in the rest of the body. Although the Happy Feet Home mainly massages your feet, the massage works throughout the body because the pressure points and reflex zones are also activated.
Please note that the massage may feel quite firm the first few times you use the Happy Feet Home.
Our advice, which can also be read in the manual, is to use all buttons in the blue position in the beginning. This is the lowest resistance.
It is an intensive and complete foot massage, many people experience high tension in the feet. You will notice that after a few minutes of use, your feet become a little more flexible due to the massage. If you use the Happy Feet Home more often, you will notice that your feet remain more flexible, making the massage feel more and more pleasant. If desired, you can go to more resistance (color purple or red) in the program.
Who can use the Happy Feet Home?
The Happy Feet Home is for everyone, one size fits all. Using an air pressure technique, the Happy Feet places your feet in the right place for the massage, relax your feet and legs and let the Happy Feet do the work for you. As long as your shoe size is between 36 and 51, you can use the Happy Feet.
Do you have tired feet and/or legs?
If you stand or sit a lot during the day due to work, for example, your blood flow through your legs may not be sufficient. This can cause bigger problems in the future if you don't do anything about it.
The body refreshes body cells throughout the day, such as damaged body cells, but also bacteria or viruses. International research shows that an average body exchanges approximately 330,000,000,000 (330 billion) per day.
You understand that it is important that the body actually separates these cells from your body.
If your blood flow is not sufficient through your legs and feet, a lot of waste products remain in your legs. These can only be removed by restoring blood flow, which means ensuring that you exercise sufficiently every day. At least 10,000 steps or equivalent, day in, day out.
